- In event of any student failing to obey the discipline and comply with the
code of conduct specified by the management from time to time, he/she may be expelled from the course.
In such cases, the decision of the Regional Director, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts will be final and binding.
- No fee is either refundable or adjustable under any circumstances.
- Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within
the prospectus and is issued on the condition that all matters in it are subject to
change from time to time without any prior notice.
- This is only educational course for certificate in Hospitality Kitchen Management and
the management does not guarantee admission to the course or job placement after
completion of the course.
- In all matters related to this course, the decision of the management will be final and binding on all students.
- The management reserves the rights to disclose any or all information related to this course.
- In the event of any dispute(s) or disagreement arising from the terms and conditions of this offered
course or over the interpretation of any of the terms, hereinabove contained and/or all matter incidental
and ancillary thereto, the same shall be referred to Sole Arbitrator i.e. Executive Director,
Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, whose decision shall be final and binding upon the parties hereto.
Such references shall be deemed to be a submission to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996 or of any modification or re-enactment thereof. The venue
of arbitration shall be Ludhiana.
