CM joins celebrations at YPS Founder’s Day

MOHALI : Youth should master excellence in every sphere of their lives as their success will eventually define the future of our country, said Punjab chief minister (CM) Captain Amarinder Singh who was in town to attend the 39th Founder’s Day at Yadavindra Public School, Sector 51, in Mohali, on Monday.

He said in a diverse country as India, it has become imperative for the students to have a wide range spectrum of academic pursuits to enable them to have a holistic view.

Recalling his family association with the school, he said school is known for producing gems, adding that the school has progressed at a fast pace since it was founded in 1979.

Punjab CM was presented a memento on the occasion. Medals and trophies were distributed among the students.
