He called upon Badal to own up the moral responsibility for his miserable failure as the Home Minister and quit.

“This is the third major case in Punjab in which the state investigative agencies have failed to nab the culprits. The first one was the desecration of Guru Granth Sahib that triggered series of such actions. The police failed to trace even the Bir of Guru Granth Sahib was reported missing from a gurdwara in Burj Jawahar Singh Wala village on June 1, 2015.

The second case was the assassination of Mata Chand Kaur, 80, at Bhaini Sahib and the third one is the attack in busy Jalandhar market on Brig. Gagneja. The state government agencies have failed in all three. It is Sukhbir Singh Badal who stands disgraced as the Home Minister”, he said.
