Ludhiana : A day after the alleged scuffle between supporters of Surat Singh Khalsa and the police, the 82-year-old activist today wrote a letter to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, giving him an ultimatum till August 15.

Khalsa stated if the government failed to take concrete steps for the release of Sikh detainees, he would make the secret talks between him and the messenger sent by the government for negotiation public.
