Muktsar : The United Communist Party of India (UCPI) today held a state-level meeting at Bhullar village here and appealed to all secular forces to support the Congress in the upcoming elections in the state.

Sukhinder Singh, National General Secretary of the UCPI, said, “The BJP-led Central government has failed on all fronts. Similarly, the SAD-BJP government has failed to solve the problems of farmers, save youngsters from drugs and maintain law and order in the state. To give them a befitting reply in the upcoming elections, the secular forces must support the Congress.”

The meeting was held at the residence of Baljit Singh Bhullar, state president, UCPI.
