Ludhiana : Ludhiana will be developed as an ultra-modern city by utilising the available land in urban area. This was stated by Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu here today. Ashu also mentioned that the Punjab government has a multi-dimensional growth plan for Ludhiana city to make it more industrialised and urbanised. Moreover, Punjab government will soon start new big projects that would bring more employment opportunities for Ludhiana’s youth, he said. Ashu was visiting Block J of ward number 73 where he spoke about development plans of the Punjab government which are under consideration in phaseI. He was visiting the area to inspect the available land alongside the railway line in order to start the development of lawyer valley. He mentioned that the project is in its final stage of approval and construction of lawyer valley will start soon. Ashu also spoke about other upcoming projects in different areas of Ludhiana.
