Patiala : Sant Lal Banga who has been appointed as chairman of Improvement Trust, Patiala, assumed charge of his office on Monday. MP Preneet Kaur, Cabinet Minister Brahma Mohindra were among those who were present on the occasion. Both congratulated the new chairman. Banga promised that he would give his best to serve the people of the district. Congress workers in large numbers tuned up to convey their best wishes to Banga. Apart from them, MC Mayor Sanjeev Sharma, Senior Deputy Mayor Yoginder Singh Yogi, Deputy Mayor Vinit Sangar and other officials were also present there.
