Ludhiana : Senior advocate HS Phoolka has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi alleging that income from drug supply was used to fund elections for his government partners. He has asked him to form a special investigation team (SIT) of officers from outside the Punjab Police to investigate allegations that schoolchildren are being used as drug peddlers.
