NRI’s wife raped by her brother-in-law

Kapurthala : Crossing all the limits of humanity, a person raped his younger brother’s wife for continuously four months to make her pregnant, he succeeded in committing this ill deed only in-connivance with his mother and duo son and mother reportedly booked by the police and still away from the clutches of the police.

Victim said the police that she was married to Jaskaranpal Singh son of Late Lakhwinder Singh a resident of village Talwandi Chaudhrian, seven years ago and her husband was flown to United Kingdom four year back to earn bread for his family and since then she has been residing in her in-law’s house with her two daughters. She further stated that since her husband was moved abroad, her brother in-law Jatinderpal Singh started to mole state her oftenly besides her opposition and her mother in-law Surjit Kaur rather to stop him, stamped his misdeeds. She further said that during Diwali night of last year, Jatinderpal Singh came to her room with her mother in-law and made illicit relations in a forceful manner in the presence of her mother in-law Surjit Kaur, he rued. She further said that he threatened her to kill her daughters if I disclosed this incident to anyone else and he started to play with his body and raped her continuously for four months, and even he managed to have proper check on her movement even he was moved with her in her parental house to remind the threat. He said that to police he made her pregnant and thus ruined her life. On her statement a case was registered against Jatinderpal and Surjit Kaur under Sections 376, 506 of IPC.
