Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Amarinder Singh today appointed Qila Raipur MLA Jassi Khangura, a former NRI, to initiate interaction with various NRIs, groups and organisations in the USA,Canada and Europe to set an agenda for his trip to these places later this year. In a letter issued to Khangura, Amarinder asked Khangura to utilize his forthcoming trip to US, Canada and the UK for the benefit of the party keeping in mind next year's assembly elections in the state.
