Oppn leaders will get enough time to air their issues: Rana K P

Chandigarh : Sufficient time will be given to leaders of opposition parties to raise their issues in the Vidhan Sabha session, claimed Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rana K P Singh.
Rana was replying the queries of media persons in the Vidhan Sabha when asked that the opposition, during previous Vidhan Sabha session, had accused him of being based and giving no time for raising their questions.
“I have always been neutral to every party and every MLA. There are respectable and seasoned leaders including former CM Parkash Singh Badal, former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal and leader of the Opposition H S Phoolka in the opposition parties. They have all rights to speak in the house during the Session,” claimed Rana.
The opposition can lodge their protest symbolically in a respectable way and following the decorum and maintaining sanctity of the Vidhan Sabha, the Speaker advised.
