Om Parkash Soni Food Processing and Education Minister visited Ward No.58 on the first day of New Year and gave 50 lac for construction of new streets. He inaugurated the construction of new streets on the occasion. OP Soni said some streets of Nawan Kot area which were left earlier, construction of those streets began today. He said Rs. 50 lac will be spent on making of these new streets. He said already 80% of the works have been completed, rest of the works started today. Soni said people of Nawan Kot were facing shortage of drinking Water, so two new tubewells will be installed shortly in Ram Lila Ground.

On this occasion Soni instructed the officials to maintain quality in the works. On this occasion Deputy Mayor Younis Kumar said this ward is his own and under the guidance of Soni, we will make it most beautiful world. He said new tubewels will be installed very soon and Soni will soon inaugurate it. On this occasion Vikas Soni, Vivek Kumar, Gulshan Kumar, Yash Pal, Hiral Lal, Suraj Kumar, Raman Kumar Abhinandan Sharma and many other people of area were present.
