NEW DELHI: With the Congress looking set to take charge of Karnataka, the number states and union territories under its rule will rise to 14, even as the BJP tally will drop by one to four. Here's the list of 28 states and two union territories along with the ruling party and chief minister.In states like in Maharashtra, Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir and Bihar, the governments have coalition support.

Washington : The Indian-American community in the US has urged the Trump administration to “fully support” India’s decision to revoke the constitutional provision that accorded special status to Jammu and Kashmir and to continue to exert pressure on Pakistan to end its support to cross-border terrorism.
