NEW DELHI/ CHANDIGARH: All Party Committees should be organized at Centre as well as State level to further monitor funds being released under various schemes for the welfare of poor, Dalit and Common man.

Above was demanded by leader of Opposition Sunil Jakhar during a special meeting with Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh along various leaders of PPCC including several MPs and MLAs.

Formation of such committees would ensure proper utilization of funds meant for its purpose in the wider interest of general public.

Politicians are always sensitive towards problems of general public and when move with public during polls or otherwise, they have to face the wrath of Aam Aadmi, following insensitivity of bureaucrats.

Transparency in the expenditure of government funds would reduce enmity among inter party politician which would ensure progress of nation.

Following unearthing of scams into central funds allocated for general public of Punjab by Congress led UPA government, above suggested committees should be formed to ensure no embezzlement into very important Food Security Bill besides other centre as well as state schemes. After introduction of food security bill now the MSP of crop should be fixed in ratio to cost and profit to the farmers in future.

Funds facilitated by UPA government for the benefit of SCs to to Punjab had been utilised for other purposes by SAD-BJP government Jakhar pointed.

They were also deeply concerned about embezzlement into centre sponsored schemes and assure to seriously consider the above suggestion, assured Dr.Manmohan to the delegation.
