Ferozepur: While taking a serious note of immature statements and misguiding the people of the state over the power surplus status, Congress leader Sunil Jakhar lashed out over the Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal for his tall claims of power surplus, whereas the traders and people of the state have been facing the power cuts regularly. Sunil Jakhar said that Sukhbir Singh Badal had assured in the Vidhan Sabha on July 17 that the conditions of power cuts will improve within 15 days and had also claimed that the people of the state would get 24-hour power supply, but all the claims fell flat.
