Patiala : In separate letters to the Patiala Mayor, the Municipal Commissioner and the Secretary, Local Bodies, Patiala (rural) MLA Brahm Mohindra has objected to the “misleading” minutes of the general house meeting held on September 19 sent under his name by the Patiala Mayor’s office.
Objecting to one of the recordings, Mahindra has demanded that the correct account of proceedings be issued or he would take necessary action. “Please record my dissent to the fabricated proceedings of this item and issue the correct proceedings immediately failing which I shall be constrained to get the whole proceedings vitiated as per law,” reads the letter.
Mohindra has claimed that on the particular issue, all SAD-BJP councillors had raised objections and demanded status quo.
Mayor Amrinder Bazaz could not be contacted for comments.
