Joshi briefs minister about attack on kin

Amritsar : Local Bodies Minister and BJP leader Anil Joshi today apprised Union Minister of Environment & Forests Prakash Javadekar of the alleged attack on his brother Rakesh Kumar alias Raja. Joshi met the minister at Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport.

The minister was on his way to Ghuman village in Gurdaspur to participate in the 88th Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan.

Joshi showed Javadekar photographs of the February 10 incident at Tarn Taran DC’s office complex when ahead of the civic poll, several Akali workers attacked and allegedly shot at his brother.
