Chandigarh : Former Chief Minister Rajinder Kaur Bhattal on Wednesday said that Narendra Modi headed National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the Centre has been absolute failure having failed to set any agenda for development of country.

In a statement here, she said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become globetrotter as he seems to have no time for his country since he was pre-occupied predominantly on meaningless trips around the globe.

She further said that it seems that Modi has become Prime Minister of the world rather than of India. She said that Modi government which had made lofty promises before coming to power has forgotten everything adding that it was only working for the benefit of industrial houses at the cost of ignoring poor of this country. Senior Congress leader said that common man of county feels hugely disappointed and let down by Modi government as Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his election speeches had spoken vociferously about bringing “Achhe Din” but that NDA government at the Centre has failed miserably on all fronts. She said that instead of “Achhe Din”, people of the country were facing “Bure Din” (bad days) as there was great deal of despondency among all sections of society.
