Patiala : Suspended AAP members and Patiala MP Dr Dharamvira Gandhi today said he would file a defamation suit against Dalip Pandey and Deepak Bajpai, two members of the National Disciplinary Action Committee, for wrongfully levelling anti-party charges against him.

‘Won’t resign from party’
He said he would not resign from AAP since he was committed towards the people of Punjab. He also reiterated that he would not join any other party or form a separate group. He said he would continue to fight for the betterment of AAP.

Showing no faith in the disciplinary action committee, Dr Gandhi questioned the sanctity of the committee saying “how these members can speak openly about us even before giving us an opportunity to explain our stand”.

‘Can’t question my credibility’
“I am least bothered even if I am expelled from the party. I will be filing a defamation suit against them in the Patiala court and let them prove their charges. I have struggled for 40 years against the anti-people policies of the Akalis and Congress and no one can dare to question my credentials,” the MP said.

‘Kejriwal hurting party’
Blaming party supremo Arvind Kejriwal for causing extreme damage to the party by not giving autonomy to the state units, Dr Gandhi said: “AAP is a one-man party. There is no existence of any other leader or volunteer.”
