The court of chief judicial magistrate Vikrant Kumar sent Bittu and Mofar to 14-day judicial custody for indulging in a scuffle with police on September 30 while holding a protest near the district administrative complex here.

The two leaders have been booked under sections Indian Penal Code sections 353, 186, 332, 148 and 149 at the Civil Lines police station.
