Bhatti to decide his political course shortly

Khanna: PPP Secretary General and a close confidant of Manpreet Singh Badal, Gurpreet Singh Bhatti on Wednesday said that he would decide his future political course only after consulting his supporters.

He was of the view that he would abide by the decision of his party workers and supporters. He

claimed that a number of PPP leaders from different districts were in touch with him, who were not interested to join the Congress party.

Bhatti said that the PPP had polled about 1.60 lakh in Fatehgarh Sahib Lok Sabha seat and 1.40 lakh votes in Bathinda. Bhatti make it clear that he will abide by the majority opinion of party workers and leaders which are in touch with him and he along with others will take his last decision in a week.

He was of the view that PPP had polled about one lakh sixty thousand votes in Fatehgarh Sahib Lok Savha Seat while the PPP had taken one lakh forty thousand votes in Bathinda seat.

He however, said that he had not demanded any demand from any party and he will take decision as per the wishes of his workers.
