Amarinder connects with youth via Skype

HOSHIARPUR: Punjab Congress chief Capt Amarinder Singh on Friday interacted with the youth of Chabbewal constituency via Skype, during which the youngsters asked him about his stand on various issues , including drugs, unemployment, development, farm crisis and female security.

The online live interaction was organised by Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) SC department chairman Raj Kumar. AICC member Krishna, PPCC SC department in-charge for Punjab Dr Srivella Prasad and former MLA Rajesh Lilotia joined to witness this event, which was held in a hotel here.

Some of the audience asked questions on his joining the army and motive behind his entry in politics. Amarinder candidly answered all the querries and made known his vision to the youth in case the Congress came in to power in 2017. He said he would interact with as many people as possible via different mediums in the coming days in order to know their problems and suggestions regarding various issues confronting the state.
