Ludhiana: The young members of the Indian Political Action Committee (PAC), organised the Ludhiana edition of ‘Coffee with Captain’ where more than 2,400 young students along with 100 young enterprising traders from Ludhiana, Jalandar and Phagwara attended the event to meet and discuss their ideas of Punjab with Captain Amarinder Singh. Previously, similar events were also organised in Amritsar and Chandigarh where the youth interacted with Captain and discussed many important issues which are plaguing the state and their city.
Upon being questioned on the role of Punjab Congress as opposition, Captain lamented on the state of the assembly speaking how constructive debate is not encouraged in the house, in spite of the Punjab Congress ever ready to debate issues of importance to Punjab. Captain promised to revive the culture of healthy debates in the assembly.
