CHANDIGARH: Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Captain Amarinder Singh on Sunday tasked senior party leader Sunil Jakhar with monitoring developments related to the alleged multi-crore scam involving wheat stocks going missing from godowns in Punjab.

“Given the experience and insight of Mr Jakhar, I am confident that he will ensure that Akalis are exposed for the fraud they have committed with the people of Punjab,” he said.

Captain said the Abohar MLA will also be chalking out the course of action for the agitation to be launched to ensure that the culprits are exposed and brought to book.
