Chandigarh : Former CM Rajinder Kaur Bhattal while referring to the growing number of suicides among the farmers accused SAD for playing with the sentiments of the community. She said AAP was also treading the same path.
“CM Parkash Singh Badal always projects himself as the saviour of farmers but the truth is that the number of suicides by the latter have multiplied manifold during in last few years of the Akali regime,” she said.
She questioned the government over Rs 20,000 crore package which was promised by the Akalis during the last Assembly elections.
