‘Conduct dope test of 117 MLAs’

Kapurthala: In a bid to counter SAD on drugs issue, Secretary All India Congress Committee Ashwani Sekhri has challenged Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal to conduct dope test of 117 Punjab MLAs. He was interacting with mediapersons here on Friday.

He said that the SAD-BJP leadership in connivance with the drug mafia had runined the youth and if Congress was voted back to power then the Punjabi youth would be party’s top priority and all these drug traders would be behind bars. He claimed that they were not power hungry like the SAD, BJP and AAP.

Earlier, the Congress organized its first Doaba rally at Phulkari Palace here not only to strengthen its base in Doaba.

Former PPCC head and Ex-MP Shamsher Singh while addressing the rally said that every section of society was fed up with SAD-BJP alliance.
