AAP can’t even run panchayat: Bhattal

Phillaur : Former Chief Minister Rajinder Kaur Bhattal said here today that the SAD-BJP alliance would be wiped out in the Assembly polls as it had looted Punjab for over nine years.

Addressing a gathering of Congress workers of the Phillaur Assembly constituency, she said the way Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal and his team had disrespected the Golden Temple proved that they were incapable of running even a panchayat.

Bhattal urged the party workers to support Vikramjit Chaudhary, son of Jalandhar MP Santokh Chaudhary. Vikramjit is a ticket aspirant from Phillaur, a constituency from where his father has lost twice in a row.
