Chandigarh : Punjab Pardesh Congress Committee president Amarinder Singh on Friday said what Bhagwant Mann did in the Parliament and for which he had tendered an unconditional apology, had only vindicated and validated the public perception about him and his party that they were not fit to hold the positions they had occupied.

“It is a classic case of a fool rushing in where angels fear to tread,” he remarked, while referring to his live streaming of activities in the Parliament on Friday.

“The comedy of errors, one after the another, enacted during the last couple of weeks by AAP leaders has only proved that they are not capable to hold the positions they have got and are further aspiring for,” Capt said in a statement issued here.

He pointed out that the Congress had been consistently reminding people as how ill-experienced and mentally ill these people are for the role they are aspiring for.
