Malerkotla : Under mission 2017 former Minister of State for External Affairs and Patiala MLA Preneet Kaur on Thursday organised a rally at Turning Point Resort in Amargarh constituency near here on Thursday.

While addressing a huge gathering at the resort Preneet said that Badals had brought Punjab and its people under the curse of debt. She said Punjab government had failed to maintain law and order situation in the state due to which sacrilege incidents were happening almost every other day. She urged the party workers to unite for the forthcoming assembly elections to make Punjab free from Badals.

She said Punjab government had failed on all fronts in the state and had ruined the state like termite. She said Congress leaders were going from door to door to spread the policies of Congress and the work under this campaign would be completed by August 8.

She said the industry had failed in Punjab due to the poor policies of Badal government. She said either the industrialists had closed their units or shifted out of state for better prospects.

Meanwhile, Bhartiya Janata Party Yuva Mandal president Harmandeep Singh Badla joined the Congress in the presence of Preneet and Mai Roop Kaur Bagrian.
