She reiterated Captain Amarinder Singh’s claims that a task force will work to solve problems in Punjab.
Addressing the gathering, Khanna MLA Gurkirat Singh Kotli took potshots at the SAD government and stated that their policies were against people. Targeting SAD, Kotli alleged that false first information report (FIR) was being registered against many of its opponents.
Issues like strengthening of cadre, unity within the party, highlighting the nine-year- long misrule of SAD and AAP’s flip flops on Punjab were discussed along with Congress’ ground level outreach in the meeting.

During the rule of Congress government, there were no atrocities committed on people like those being done in present times, said Gurdev Singh Lapran.
