Congress slams Dr Sidhu for remarks on Capt

JALANDHAR: Attacking BJP MLA Dr Navjot Kaur Sidhu over her remarks against Punjab Congress chief Capt Amarinder Singh, Congress spokesperson Nimisha Mehta on Tuesday questioned her on what she delivered to the people of her constituency despite being in power for so many years. Dr Sidhu had said that Captain was not the right alternative for Punjab.

Mehta said Dr Sidhu was expecting Capt to deliver even when he was not in power in the state, while she herself proved to be a “curse” to the people of her constituency despite being part of the ruling alliance.
