ex-AAP state convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur targeted Kejriwal, Durgesh Pathak and Sanjay Singh for ruining Punjab

Jalandhar : Former AAP Punjab Convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur on Wednesday lashed out at AAP National Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and asked him to bring in public the details of accounts in which Punjab leaders deposited cash for Delhi assembly election rallies.

Chhotepur who was here at Desh Bhagat Yadgaar Hall for Parivartan Yatra said that out of the 32 candidates announced by AAP, as many as 20 tickets were given to candidates with tainted records. “Not only tickets were sold at Rs 2 crore to the candidates. AAP leaders from Jalandhar seeking tickets have also gifted three luxury cars to the party topshots,” he said, adding that soon these group of leaders would spill the beans about the level of corruption in AAP themselves.

He said that Kejriwal, who had been claiming to provide clean politics, should first explain about the poor conduct of his leaders in Delhi. “In fact, people in Punjab were feeling let down by Kejriwal now,” he added. Addressing a thin gathering at the venue, Chhotepur categorically targeted AAP leaders Durgesh Pathak and Sanjay Singh. “The group of 52 AAP leaders who were sent by Kejriwal to lead left no stone unturned in ruining Punjab. People were now aware of the dirty politics played by the Delhi leaders,” he said.

Chhotepur also said that he has been trying to approach Kejriwal to highlight the loot committed by Durgesh Pathak and Sanjay Singh in the election-bound state of Punjab for the last six months. “Kejriwal never gave me the time to meet him. People in Punjab had been looking towards AAP as a big ray of hope to get rid of the Badals but that dream was over now. This is the result of Kejriwal’s arrogance, who considers himself as ‘One Man Army’,” he maintained.
