Chandigarh : Responding to the Badals’ remarks regarding his “absence”, AAP MP Bhagwant Mann said today, “Why are the Badals worried about me? Rather, they should work for the people who elected them.”

“I was away from the political scene as I was busy meeting my relatives and friends,” Mann said.

“If Badal is worried about Punjab, he should trace the persons responsible for the sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib and identify the cops who fired at peaceful protesters and killed two youths at Behbal Kalan village,” he added.

Mann said the Chief Minister should find out why farmers were taking the extreme step.
