Chandigarh: Punjab Congress on Wednesday lashed out at AAP leader Bhagwant Mann’s crude and disgusting attempts to question Capt Amarinder Singh’s patriotism, while exposing himself as totally inept in discussing any meaningful issues concerning the people of the state.
With this allegation, AAP has stooped to a new low in political debating, said the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC), contemptuously dismissing Mann’s shameless bid to salvage the situation after ‘bhagoda’ Arvind Kejriwal chickened out of a debate with Punjab Congress president Capt Amarinder Singh.
Ridiculing as ludicrous the video put up by Mann on his Facebook page, PPCC leaders Avtar Henry, Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa and Rana K P Singh termed it as worse than the intellectual bankruptcy that Kejriwal himself has been showing on the subject of Punjab.
“Totally insubstantial in content, coarse in presentation and senseless in communication, the video reflects Mann’s complete lack of understanding of the issues and problems plaguing the Punjab electorate,” the PPCC leaders said.
