Chandigarh: PPCC chief Capt Amarinder Singh has trashed the statements by the SAD and AAP describing his nine-point agenda as a fraud on the people of Punjab. He alleged that instead they were the ones who were indulging in cheating the state with their false promises and tall claims.

Amarinder said his agenda was sacrosanct and a critical part of the Congress election manifesto. Meanwhile, Amarinder urged the Election Commission to ensure that its directives on firearms were stringently implemented.
