Bhattal vows to eradicate unemployment from state

Moonak : With assembly elections in Punjab around the corner, former Chief Minster and senior Congress leader Rajinder Kaur Bhattal has vowed to focus on five major points. She will lay stress on eradicating unemployment , work for combating drug menace, ensure bringing a high school and a dispensary for every village, ensure every poor has a roof over the head and do her so best that no farmer dies because of debt.
Addressing a rally, she said that she had been serving the people of Lehragaga for 25 years with utmost dedication and will continue to do so as she has eternal emotional chord with the people of region.
Bhattal further said that ruling SAD-BJP combine will be routed in the assembly elections asserting that people of Punjab are sick of SAD-BJP government. She said that state has suffered immensely under Badal due to rampant corruption and unresponsive state administration.
She said massive corruption within state administration has made life of common man very difficult as they had been made to suffer even for their routine works.
Speaking about her rival Parminder Singh she said he has proved to be the most inefficient finance minister in the history of state and Dhindsa has been a financial disaster for state.
She said that farm debt has reached Rs 69,355 crores in 2015 and had been rising steadily, forcing them to resort to committing suicides. Last year, 449 farmers killed themselves in Punjab which is second highest in the country.
