Chandigarh : Congress Deputy Leader in the Lok Sabha Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday said the entire rank and file of the Congress party across the country was looking forward to Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s active leadership as she alone carried the charisma in bringing Congress back to power. “She proved it in 2004 when she led the party to victory out of oblivion and she will repeat this feat once again”, he said.
