Chandigarh : Congress Deputy Leader in Lok Sabha Captain Amarinder Singh has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi for formulating a National Drug Policy, which he said comprehensively address the problem of drug addiction across the country and Punjab in particular, where he alleged the problem was assuming dangerous propositions.
