Family from UK gives financial aid to PFA for upgrade of animal shelter

LUDHIANA: A foreign-based animal lover family came from United Kingdom (UK) at People for Animals (PFA) shelter at Khwake on Rahon Road in Ludhiana and financially helped the shelter to improve environment for birds and animals, on Monday.
SS Phull, along with his two daughters, came to the shelter with the help of PFA executive member Neelam Gupta. His one daughter Supreet Kaur is an avid animal lover and also associated with Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPA) and World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) in her country.
PFA president Dr Sandeep Jain said “This is a noble donation, as the foreign family has directed his one of the persons to upgrade the shelter to improve the environment of the shelter. Anyone can donate in cash or in kind for the welfare of animals.”
