HOSHIARPUR/LONDON: UK-based NRI, Sukhvir Singh has been booked by Punjab Police for hiring a contract killer to kill his wife, Balbir kaur. The husband and the contract killer are arrested, though the amount paid to perform the crime is not yet know.
