Chandigarh : Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper begins his seven-day official visit to India from November 3. Accompanied by both of his ministerial colleagues of Punjabi origin-Bal Gosal and Tim Uppal, he would also visit Chandigarh during his trip.
