Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal told the party leaders not to use derogatory language against their opponents. Badal was speaking during a rally in Kharar where the Lok Sabha candidate Prof. Prem Singh Chandumajra used some hard words against his rival candidate Ambika Soni.

Acting on a petition against the use of photographs of the Punjab Chief Minister on “108 ambulances”, Justice Ritu Bahri of the Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a notice of motion to Punjab for July 25.
