Chandigarh : Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Partap Singh Bajwa, on Wednesday, said that the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has become a “safe sanctuary for the criminals of all shades” and charged the party with “harbouring criminals to further their political interests”.
