Chandigarh : A delegation of major political parties of Punjab consisting of Sunil Jakhar, MP and President of the Punjab Congress, Minister in Punjab government, Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa, leader of Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema, Nazar Singh and H.S. Phoolka on Tuesday met the Election Commission in New Delhi on Tuesday and submitted a memorandum seeking cancellation of the order to transfer IG Kunwar Vijay Pratap Sigh from Special Investigation Team (SIT) looking into the incidents of sacrilege and police firings at Behbal Kalan and Bargari.
