CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and the Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Harcharan Kaur (96), the mother-in-law of former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Mrs. Rajinder kaur Bhattal, who breathed her last on Thursday at village Chagalliwala in Lehra block of Sangrur district.
