Chandigarh : Taking a serious note of the Ludhiana gangrape case, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Wednesday mooted fast-track courts to try rape cases, while assuring the Assembly that he would approach the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court to seek his intervention.
