Chandigarh, : A delegation of legislators, led by Congress Legislature Party Leader Sunil Jakhar, will meet Punjab Governor Shivraj Patil on September 25 to emphasise the need for calling an emergency assembly session to discuss the “hopeless” financial situation of the state and “unconstitutional” imposition of taxes after presenting the state Budget.
