Kapurthala ; An NRI was booked for demanding dowry, misappropriation of dowry articles, cruelty, harassment and fraud on the complaint lodged by his wife. Complainant Parminderjit Kaur, daughter of Sawan Sing of Mayyopattiq, PS Rawalpindi alleged that accused Paramjit Singh Parmar son of Gurbhajan Singh of vadow village, tehsil Garshankar had cheated her by doing a fraud marriage , misappropriating the dowry articles, cruelty and harassment by physically and mentally torturing her.
