DW BUREAU / Chandigarh : Suggesting that Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and his Deputy Chief Minister son Sukhbir Badal should better resign, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president Capt Amarinder Singh on Saturday said that the father-son duo had completely abdicated the authority as there was complete breakdown of law and order in the state and it was heading towards anarchy.
