JALANDHAR: Lambasting Delhi chief minister (CM) Arvind Kejriwal, who is going to start a five-day tour of Punjab from February 25, state Congress legislature party (CLP) chief Charanjit Singh Channi on Wednesday cautioned people of Punjab against “dreams” being sold by Kejriwal. He said Kejriwal had miserably failed to implement his plans in Delhi.
